All Rockland County school districts have opted in to a program aiming to make transportation safer, Executive Ed Day confirms.
The county is partnering with a tech company to equip school buses with stop-arm cameras that automatically record drivers who fail to stop.
Officials say the cameras will come at no cost and are funded by the traffic ticket fees paid by drivers.
