Authorities say they opened an investigation into 68-year-old Lawrence Grella after receiving two tips from the National Center for Exploited Children.
Police executed a search warrant at his home and found multiple illicit videos on his phone.
Grella is charged with promoting and possessing sexual performance by a child.
