A Yonkers police lieutenant has pleaded guilty to driving drunk in an off-duty crash, according to authorities.
Officials say Daniel Treacy was behind the wheel last April when his personal car jumped a sidewalk and hit a retaining wall in Bronxville.
He will pay a $500 fine, attend a driver program and face a 90-day license suspension.

The department’s internal affairs division says they will investigate the matter and determine if any charges or disciplinary steps must be taken.
