Bronx woman arrested and charged in fatal 2022 hit-and-run

A Bronx woman is facing multiple charges in a hit-and-run that killed 45-year-old Robert Godwin.
Police arrested 26-year-old Imani Williams and charged her with manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide, leaving the scene of an accident and reckless driving.
The incident happened in June 2022. Godwin, from Queens, was driving at the intersection of Webster Avenue and East 168th Street. Police told News 12 that Williams drove into Godwin before getting out of her car and running from the scene.
Godwin later died at the hospital.
