A Stony Point man faces numerous charges in a smash-and-grab theft at the Westchester Country Club.
Harrison police say 59-year-old Jesse Foote broke the window of a club employee’s vehicle and stole their wallet on Wednesday.
He was found driving on the Palisades Parkway hours later. Officers conducted a traffic stop and arrested him without incident.
The charges against Foote include grand larceny, criminal mischief and possession of a controlled substance.
